Morpheus are currently partnered with a leader in Gen AI and Data. They have a global workforce of over 3,000 people and help to solve Gen AI and Data problems for some of the world's biggest innovators and enterprises.

We are looking for a talented Product Leader to guide the development of AI-driven products and solutions for our customers. This person will be joining a small and nimble team that thrives on brainstorming, quick implementation, and customer feedback. As the Product Leader, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our advanced AI technologies and the business needs of our clients. Your role will be pivotal in the entire product lifecycle, from conception through development and optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure our products not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations

What You Get to Do Every Day (Responsibilities)

• Define and articulate product vision and strategy for our Generative AI and LLM products and solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and customer needs.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure timely and quality delivery of features.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Conduct and understand Product Market fit with Innodata Customers and potential Innodata Customers.
• Conduct user interviews both internally and externally to understand pain points and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps and documentation.
• Lead cross-functional teams through agile development processes, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Engage with customers and users to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development.
• Define and track key product performance metrics to evaluate success and guide future enhancements.
• 4x direct reports - working closely with design and engineering

What You Bring to the Role (Requirements)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech or AI-focused company.
• Strong technical background, with a solid understanding of AI systems, data pipelines, and software development processes.
• Experience in Generative AI and LLM technologies.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.
