Morphy Auctions is seeking an outgoing and friendly personality to add to our ever-growing Customer Experience Team. This is a forward-facing customer service position requiring a friendly and personable disposition. Occasional weekends required.
Primary responsibilities
- Provide a positive customer experience with every interaction.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills and the ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities as directed by immediate supervisor.
- Produce high quality, precise and detailed consistent work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. Thus, ensuring that job related tasks can be completed on time and error-free.
- Promptly manage customer needs, including but not limited to, incoming calls, customer service inquiries by phone and face-to-face and all other related support questions.
- Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries.
- Develop professional relationships with ongoing customers through excellent customer service.
- Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's services and policies.
- Maintain and update customer account information.
- Scanning/filing.
Skills/Requirements
- Cash handling experience required.
- Customer service experience required.
- Must be able to travel occasionally.
- Strong dedication to quality customer service.
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to make decisions and adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
- Can work independently as well as with a team.
- Ability to communicate with many different levels of employees and clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook email).
- Ability to left up to 25 pounds.
- College degree preferred but not required.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
