Morphy Auctions is seeking a professional and motivated person to add to our exceptional Marketing Team. Five plus years’ experience preferred.
Social Media & Website Lead
Primary Responsibilities
- Own the social media vision and strategy.
- Work closely with our auction category experts to create social media campaigns for each sales channel.
- Create social media direction through aligning and creating schedules in conjunction with our auction calendar.
- Create Brand Management and Consistency.
- Work directly in social media within specific groups related to our category niches.
- Align with social media influencers related to our categories.
- Monitoring all social media content.
- Reporting and creating goals on KPI’s for social media and our websites.
- Create growth through social media and our websites meeting the KPI goals.
- Website design and implementation including creating wireframes.
- Lead implementation and collaboration on website design across our teams.
- Own website maintenance including
- SEO
- Manage forms to Salesforce management.
- Placement of feature items and video
- Update text to be fresh and accurate.
- Mailing list generation for catalogs, mailers and pre-auction calls.
- Assist Production Manager
- Assist Graphic Designers
- All other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Director of Marketing
Skill and Experience Requirements
- Graphic Design and Layout
- Video Production
- Experience with Photoshop and InDesign
- Proficient with WordPress or other web-building software
- Experience with Constant Contact or other email branding software
- Proven track record of increasing KPI’s related to social media and brand websites.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation commensurate with experience
