We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, handling order processing, delivery coordination, and providing top-notch service.
We’re looking for a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces challenges, and maintains a positive, solutions-oriented mindset. This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, with select Saturday morning shifts during the month.

Position Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and input data into the ERP system efficiently and accurately.
- Manage and balance the cash drawer daily.
- Coordinate deliveries with the Dispatch and Operations teams.
- Handle inbound customer calls on a multi-line system and provide exceptional service.
- Proactively update customers on order status and resolve any issues.
- Create and manage Return Merchandise Authorizations.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing product knowledge and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Participate in annual physical inventories as needed.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (building materials industry preferred).
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems (EPICOR).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
