We are looking for a Warehouse worker who will be responsible for helping maintain production and distribution by pulling and customizing orders. This employee will report to the Operations Manager at the branch and has a general responsibility of contributing to the site and company goals.

Role Responsibilities:

· Load or unload material onto or from pallets and shelves by hand or forklift

· Verify incoming shipments and route items to correct home bins

· Verify color accuracy of mixed pail(s) to its corresponding color book

· Ensure custom orders are accurate and meet customer specifications

· Keep a clean, safe, and environmentally friendly work environment

· Help maintain the condition of all machines and equipment

Experience Requirements:

· At least 2 years of warehouse experience

· Minimum High School diploma or equivalent

· Forklift experience

· Computer skills and experience using Microsoft programs. ERP systems knowledge is a plus

· Work well in a fast paced, customer service driven, team environment

· Strong analytical and communication skills

· Able to lift 70-100 pounds

· English/Spanish bilingual is a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
