Roles & Responsibilities:
Shuttle customers to and from home/work while their car is being repaired
Assist with filling and other office duties
Hand washing/vacuuming vehicles
Run customer's cars through the car wash
Assist with other guests during high traffic times in the service drive
Pick up parts if needed
Move vehicles for technicians
Keep service aisle neat and orderly
Answer phones in the service department
Greet customers on the service drive
Work as a cohesive member of the service team to direct customers, handle customer relations, and serve as a liaison between the customer and the advisors.
Filing repair orders
Other miscellaneous duties as requested
