Roles & Responsibilities:
Book-out repair orders (customer pay and warranty)
Print pre-prints for the following day service appointments, attach walk-around sheets and Vehicle inquiry sheets
Perform Active Delivery with service clients
Print out daily FRH time sheet for Technicians
Print Buy Happy Rewards from competed invoice
Review invoices to ensure Buy Happy Rewards were completed
Check in loaner vehicle on SSLP system or with Enterprise
Complete the customer transaction
Answer service phone calls and make appointments if necessary
Print technician time sheet and compare to flagged time sheet at end of each day
Book out repair orders (customer, internal and warranty)
Assist advisors as needed
Print Cashier closing report
Count the Cashier drawer and make sure it matches the report
Manage Enterprise check-in process (call Enterprise and inform them the rental vehicle has been returned)
