SUMMARY
Prepare all loan documentation and book each closed loan to the system.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Prepare all loan documents
- Book all consumer non-real estate and commercial purpose loans
- Perform duties as defined in the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- 2-year degree in related field or minimum 2 years of experience in loan administration may be substituted for degree
- Experience of consumer/commercial loan or credit experience preferred
- General knowledge of bank operations, policies and procedures
- Strong attention to detail, good judgment and decision-making skills
- Presents a professional image in dealing with customers, interdepartmental and external representatives
- Have a high degree of interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and employees
- Ability to exercise personal and professional responsibility and work with limited direction
- Must be able to use tact and diplomacy and communicate effectively via telephone, letters, personal contact, etc
- Computer Skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer
- Must be a team player
- General knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program preferred.
