What You'll Do

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, you will play a critical role in delivering care that changes lives. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Providing individual, group, and family counseling for up to 50 clients undergoing medication-assisted treatment.
  • Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans that address client needs, court stipulations, and recovery goals.
  • Conducting intake assessments, case management, and ongoing monitoring to track client progress.
  • Facilitating psycho-educational classes to support clients' understanding and recovery.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care through case conferences and team meetings.
  • Connecting clients with community resources and support services to address barriers to recovery.
  • Your efforts will directly contribute to clients overcoming addiction, reclaiming their lives, and building brighter futures.

    What You'll Bring

  • LCSW and LCADC certification in New Jersey
  • 3 years of experience in counseling or mental health services
  • Knowledge of legal guidelines for psychiatric admission and substance use treatment
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • A valid driver's license
  • Preferred qualifications : Familiarity with the New Jersey Substance Abuse Monitoring System (NJSAMS) and bilingual skills are a plus!
