Position Overview

We seek a highly motivated Customer & Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Service team. This role is essential in delivering top-notch support and service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by collaborating closely with our Sales team and addressing customers' needs, all while contributing to the organization's overall success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer support effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk).
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and technical issues.
  • Assist customers with web ordering systems and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with distribution centers and other departments to manage dynamic ordering patterns and achieve company goals.
  • Provide technical assistance for the online order portal while fostering a positive environment focused on urgent customer needs.
  • Troubleshoot complaints and develop solutions to improve satisfaction.
  • Document issues related to DEA guidelines, Safety, and Quality standards, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
  • Support web-based and EDI ordering platforms; perform basic troubleshooting for EDI business transactions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with customers to provide updates and confirm issue resolution.
  • Participate in on-the-job training to enhance product and system knowledge

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of college or equivalent training in a related field.
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with mobile applications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of web ordering systems.
  • Basic understanding of EDI business transactions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or technical support roles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with mobile applications and basic knowledge of web ordering systems; healthcare-related system experience is beneficial.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

55,000 - 65,000 USD per year(Shreveport, LA)

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
