Responsibilities
As the Sr. FP&A Analyst, you will report directly to the Financial Planning & Analytics Manager and will work closely with the Procurement team to:
- Manage financial planning activities, including forecasting and reporting results.
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track key metrics and trends.
- Enhance reporting, build actionable KPIs, and analyze complex data for insights.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and owners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in reporting and identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and growth.
- Monitor industry trends and provide ad-hoc financial support to drive informed decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of finance experience, including 2 years in FP&A.
- Expertise in financial tools, particularly Microsoft Excel and SQL Server.
- Proficiency in forecasting, modeling, and reporting.
- Experience with Power BI and VBA.
- Familiarity with procurement processes.
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills suitable for all organizational levels.
