- Achieve monthly and annual net written sales plan and profit margin goals.
- Lead and direct the work of all sales consultants to ensure a professional and customer-friendly environment at all times.
- Determine and communicate sales schedules for all employees.
- Review daily sales reports to track performance towards sales goals.
- Ensure store security at all times in compliance with company policy and procedure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication preferred.
- 5-7 years' experience in a retail sales or customer service environment.
- Proven ability to develop successful customer relationships and close sales.
- Professional leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Computer skills and the ability to learn new programs.
