How will you be compensated :
90,000-$110,000 Base Salary
Uncapped New Business Commission Structure
Yearly Renewal Commissions

What you will do :
You will create trusted advising partnerships with small and middle market business owners, executives, and HR leaders while inspiring them to achieve their desired best employee benefits outcomes
You will tenaciously solicit new business with focus, drive and initiative by cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead sources
You will successfully manage the full cycle of the sales process including :
Building trust and buy-in from prospective clients
Negotiating with integrity
Closing with Executive Leadership
Delivering Open Enrollment Presentations
Stewarding Renewals
You will passionately pursue continual education on laws and regulations associated with Employee Benefits including the Affordable Care Act
You will be based in Southern CA, with a network of colleagues local to Orange County as well as remotely throughout the US
We will equip you with technology and hardware to do your work from home, in the field, and 3 days a week at our beautiful Irvine office
Qualifications :
Current California Life & Health license
Comprehensive understanding of the Benefits market
Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Ability to learn and navigate agency technology (Applied Epic, Salesforce, ZoomInfo and Microsoft Office Suite)
