- Provide clerical, secretarial, and receptionist support for the clinic independently and with minimal supervision.
- Maintain all required records and reports, coordinate, process, and report insurance information.
- Perform assisted billing functions as directed by the Biller/Coder.
- Experience in Ambulatory Care Clinics is preferred.
- Related College Classes are preferred.
- CPR Certification is strongly recommended.
- Ability to teach and direct other office personnel.
- Works effectively with others, possessing tact, discretion, and diplomacy.
- Experience in Ambulatory Clinics is preferred.
- Ability to follow directions accurately.
