DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

A clinical staff member who is responsible to assist the Employee Health Nurse in providing an environment that is free of communicable disease and to provide ongoing programs pertaining to the health and wellbeing of the employees.

QUALIFICATIONS
-
Professional/Educational-
Graduated from an accredited Licensed Practical School of Nursing.
-
Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nursing license required with renewal according to State requirements.

Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
-
Previous Employee Health or Occupational Medicine experience preferred.

Strong computer knowledge and proficient in Microsoft word, Outlook, and Excel.

DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.
