DESCRIPTION OF POSITION A member of the healthcare team who aids the Charge Nurse, Registered Nurse and nursing assistants with clerical and patient care duties on the nursing units QUALIFICATIONS # Professional / Educational At least 17 years of age. Currently Certified by IDPH as a CNA. Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required. Basic computer skills preferred # Personal Evidence of good health, grooming and professional conduct. Desire and ability to cooperate with and / or under the direction of others. Possesses a sense of responsibility, initiative and honesty. Ability to follow directions accurately.
