DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

Performs a variety of duties in and around the buildings of the facility complex to assist the various trades such as carpentry, data cabling, heating, cooling, boiler, plumbing and electrical work.

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional/Educational-
Interest in engineering, maintenance, and experience with GAVC trades helpful

Ability to follow direction

Attention to detail

Ability to communicate (written & verbal)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions, moderate noise, heat and humidity levels

School transcripts and two letters of recommendation (highly preferred).

Consistently completes and maintains assigned duties
