DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

Supervises staff and ensures the smooth operation of day to day processes within the Patient Access Services Area including scheduling, registration and financial counselors.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.

2-3 years previous patient scheduling and registration experience preferred.

Typing, computer entry and other clerical skills and experience required.

Knowledge of medical terminology.

Knowledge of overall patient access/financial service process.

Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
