Summary of Position:
Responsible for all production of finished goods - We provide Paid, on the job training.
Progression Plan Available with increases within the first year of employment.
Shift Differential : 2nd Shift .50 - 3rd Shift $1.00
Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality and quantity of assigned product, goods, or processes as specified
- Complete proper paperwork, checklists, and inspection forms as specified
- Inspection of parts using various automatic and manual gages
- Proper completion of production travel tickets
- Able to change inserts and make necessary machine adjustments
- TPM check of fluids and the ability to refill machines when low
- Clean machines and specific work areas
- Compliance with all applicable Company guidelines, rules, regulations, instructions, policies, and procedures
- ·Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
- Analytical skills to include applicable record keeping
- Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for extended periods in a factory environment and possess no restrictions with ergonomics.
