Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and the facility. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient working environment that supports our operational and production goals.

Key Responsibilities:
· Perform systematic troubleshooting for all mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing issues throughout the facility.
· Perform routine PM maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
· Fabricate parts as necessary to support repairs and maintenance tasks.
· Lead small teams during maintenance projects when necessary.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work performed, and materials used.
· Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to minimize downtime based upon their priorities.
· Work with purchasing dept. regarding purchase requisitions and accounting dept. for verification of payment for any services provided via outside vendors/contractors.
· Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
· Proven extensive mechanical and electrical experience in facilities/machinery maintenance in a manufacturing environment utilizing provided building and machine manuals/schematics is required.
· Strong Mechanical/Electrical knowledge of printing related equipment is preferred but not required.
· Proficiency in wire feed welding techniques is preferred but not required.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Commitment to safety standards and practices set forth by OSHA standards in all maintenance activities is required.
