">Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to Principals and staff, including preparing correspondence and reports, and maintaining office supplies.
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including processing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and maintaining conference rooms and lobby areas.
- Collaborate with corporate accounting/marketing departments in Maryland, coordinating efforts without requiring travel.
- Process expense reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- 3 years of experience in a professional office setting, with a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, staff, and external partners.
- Proficient with current office software and equipment, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Dependable, consistent attendance is vital to this position.
