What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney / Associate Attorney / Civil Litigation position at Morris Sullivan Lemkul & Turtzo?
Firm Description:
MSL&T is a full-service litigation firm representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of actions, primarily in California and Nevada, as well as active presence in Hawaii and Texas. MSL offers its attorneys exposure to both sides of the courtroom. MSL&T represents select plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury matters, securing many seven and eight-figure verdicts and settlements. MSL&T also represents select property owners in construction litigation. At the same time, MSL provides liability defense to a wide variety of commercial clients in areas of premises/landlord liability, construction, jobsite injury, commercial auto, municipal liability, among many others.
MSL&T attorneys are never pigeon-holed into any practice area, department, client, or partner. On the contrary, we aim to provide broad experience, and a diverse case load, to keep work interesting and to open opportunities to practice in different areas, and engage with a diverse group of professional clients. MSL attorneys are encouraged to develop their own practice areas and specialties, and to grow their business within the firm. The right candidate will have immediate exposure to full-case responsibility, client contact, depositions, hearings, arbitrations and trial as opportunities arise.
In addition to offering a competitive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, disability, etc.), MSL&T also has a gym on premises, and offers professional personal training in a group setting. We emphasize health and balance in our workplace, and as a smaller firm we bring a team approach to all that we do. Our San Diego office is conveniently located off the 15 freeway at Mira Mesa, with a variety of nearby amenities.
