Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IT Finance Analyst to support our client in their strategic partnership with one of the industry’s largest IT Outsourcing Groups
The Finance Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the relationships between the company and the vendor, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery, and maintaining compliance with contract terms. This role will involve vendor performance monitoring, contract administration, and overall support to the CIO Office (OCIO)
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, good organizational skills, and a coachable attitude. In addition, this candidate is required to have experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and some experience with the Jira tool or equivalent ticketing system.

Key Responsibilities :
Vendor Relationship Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and IT vendors, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
Coordinate regular meetings and communications with vendors to ensure they meet service level agreements (SLAs), timelines, and quality standards.
Address and resolve vendor-related issues or escalations promptly, working to maintain positive partnerships.
Support OCIO Office in Executive Communications, Financial reporting, and Contract Administration.
Contract Administration :
Support contract renewals, extensions, and amendments while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Maintain accurate records of all vendor contracts.
Procurement and Cost Management :
Invoicing and Purchase Order Support for IT Department.
Reporting and Documentation :
Maintain comprehensive documentation of vendor contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), performance reports, and vendor communications.
Process Improvement :
Identify opportunities for process optimization in the vendor management lifecycle, from procurement to contract management to performance monitoring.
Assist in the development of standardized processes and best practices for managing IT vendors effectively.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
Some experience using Jira Tool or other ticketing system.
Strong understanding of IT services, software, and hardware procurement processes.
Familiarity with vendor performance management frameworks and tools (e.g., SLAs, KPIs, scorecards).
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and work agilely to meet critical deadlines.
