Operational Network Leader
Location: Oklahoma City Area
Type: Contract (6 months, with potential for significant extension)
Compensation: $70-$85 Per hour
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Operational Network Leader to support and guide a hospital system in the Oklahoma City area. This role is pivotal in ensuring the day-to-day management of network operations and providing strategic leadership to enhance performance and efficiency. This is a hands-on position requiring strong leadership and collaboration skills to align with the current team's needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee network operations and Unified Communications (UC) systems.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide strategic input and streamline operations.
- Support the team with daily management tasks, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
- Travel to the Oklahoma City area as required to support onsite needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership experience in network management and Unified Communications.
- Previous roles as a Manager or Director of Infrastructure or Network are highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust and fostering teamwork.
- Comfortable with hands-on problem-solving and day-to-day operational management.
- Availability to travel as needed.
