Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Onsite)

Type: Contract (6 months, potential for extension)

We are seeking a technology-driven leader to oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of network infrastructure and enterprise communication systems. This position plays a critical role in aligning IT operations with business objectives, ensuring seamless connectivity, security, and long-term scalability. The individual in this role will be responsible for leading teams, optimizing performance, and driving continuous improvement across the organizations IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee network infrastructure, Unified Communications (UC), and enterprise IT systems, ensuring high availability and security.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives, optimizing network performance and communication capabilities.
• Manage and mentor IT teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous development.
• Direct vendor and partner relationships, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
• Work onsite in Oklahoma City, engaging directly with stakeholders to support organizational initiatives and IT operations.

• Proven leadership experience managing teams responsible for IT operations, performance improvements, and service delivery.
