Children’s Case Manager
Brewer, ME (Remote with Travel) | Flexible Hours | $65.00/hour
Are you a compassionate, detail-oriented professional with a heart for supporting children and families? Morrison Center is expanding our Children’s Case Management program and seeking dedicated Children’s Case Managers to serve families in the Brewer, Maine area.
This is a remote, contract-based position that offers the flexibility of working from home while allowing for meaningful, in-person interactions through home and community visits. If you thrive in a self-directed role and value making a real impact, this opportunity is for you.
Who You’ll Support:- Children aged 6 months to 20 years with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
- Families navigating support systems, services, and resources to achieve long-term success
- Developing individualized support plans through a person-centered planning approach
- Evaluating and monitoring services to ensure they effectively meet client needs
- Guiding families in identifying strategies to reach personal and developmental goals
- Maintaining accurate, timely documentation in accordance with Department of Health and Human Servicesregulations
- Conducting monthly home visits and engaging in community-based supports
- Performing communication and research tasks to support service coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children or adults
- Experience with children, families, PCPs, or the EIS system preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with flexibility
- Type: Independent Contract
- Compensation: $65.00 per hour
- Hours: Flexible scheduling (Monday–Friday)
- Duration: Rolling contract reviewed annually
- Notice Period: 30 days required for contract termination
