Job Responsibilities:
- Support Residents: Assist with meal preparation, personal care, and daily living skills to ensure the health and welfare of residents.
- Facilitate Activities: Plan and lead meaningful daily activities that help residents achieve personal goals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic documentation and progress notes.
- Teamwork: Work with your team to maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment.
- Promote Life Skills: Support residents in developing life skills and participating in community integration.
- Positive Work Environment: Contribute to a respectful and positive environment for residents and team members alike.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Preferred but not required – experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Certifications: DSP certification, CPR/First Aid, and CRMA certification preferred, but Morrison Center is willing to train motivated applicants.
- Other: Valid Maine driver’s license required.

- Location: Welch, New Gloucester, ME
- Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available, including weekend shifts.
