Per Diem DSP CRMA - New Gloucester. Starting rate $21/hr
Morrison Center is seeking caring, reliable, and patient individuals to support clients in our residential programs in New Gloucester.
Work close to home and provide essential services to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Multiple schedules and locations available!
New to the field? Not a problem! This is a great way to get started in health and human services! We run complete trainings for DSPs every month.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Attending to general welfare and health of residents – feeding, attending to bathroom needs and personal care.
- Planning and facilitating meaningful daily activities using methods and techniques designed to achieve established goals
- Maintaining current, accurate, and orderly documentation and progress notes
- As a team, maintaining a clean and safe home environment
- Promoting life skill development and community integration
- Contributing to a positive work environment.
Education and Requirements:
DSP Certification
CRMA Certification
CPR/FA Certification
MANDT Certification
HS diploma/GED required.
A valid Maine driver’s license.
