- Unlicensed : $34.91 / hr. - $38.42 / hr. (72,600 / yr. - $79,900 / yr.)
Bilingual Spanish : $37.76 / hr. - $41.57 / hr. (78,500 / yr. - 86,400 / yr.)

Position Summary : (Community based Mental Therapist)
Morrison Child & Family Services is immediately hiring mental health therapists to join our outpatient team!
The Outpatient Mental Health Therapist position provides mental health treatment services for youth, ages 2-18, and their families. The position is in-person, but clients can receive services in-person or via telehealth. Therapists work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and their clients may also access skills training, case management, SUD treatment services, and medication management. The therapist's caseload size is 7-10 clients and dependent on each of their clients' level of need (level of care) and engagement.
The community-based position provides short-term (typically 6-8 months) intensive mental health services for youth and families experiencing acute behavioral health and crisis support needs. This position includes an on-call crisis line rotation, and therapists receive a stipend for each week they are on-call.
