- Process ocean domestic and pure domestic shipments
- Perform ocean import operations and provide associated documentation
- Communicate with customers, carriers, and other offices/agents in a quick and thorough manner
- Generate freight transfer and support it with appropriate documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of Freight Forwarding experience
- Knowledge of Ocean Import & Domestic trucking Operations and Customer Service
- Experience of bonded freight and cargo
- Cargo wise software experience a plus
