Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dietitian located in Fort Smith, AR. The Dietitian will assess patients' nutritional needs, develop and implement nutritional care plans, provide dietary counseling, and oversee medical nutrition therapy. Day-to-day tasks include conducting nutritional assessments, providing individualized dietary recommendations, managing weight programs, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Dietetics and Weight Management
- Expertise in Nutritional Counseling and Medical Nutrition Therapy
- Strong understanding of Nutrition principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare setting
- Registered Dietitian credential (RD/RDN) is required
- Experience in a clinical or hospital environment is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field
