Manufacturing Supervisor 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our organization in Morrison, TN and lead a key production unit toward achieving its goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record of driving production growth, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will develop and implement effective production strategies, manage day-to-day operations, and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the unit.

Key responsibilities of the Manufacturing Supervisor:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement a comprehensive production strategy aligned with the overall organizational goals.
• Provide visionary leadership to guide the production unit towards sustainable growth and efficiency.

Operational Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production unit, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.

Team Development and Management

• Build and lead a high-performing production team by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for production team members.
