Morrison Mahoney LLP seeks a full-time Medical Malpractice Paralegal for its Boston, Massachusetts office in the following practice areas:
- Hospital and Medical Malpractice
- Nursing Home/Long-Term Care Facilities
- Organizing case documents and files.
- Preparing pleadings and forms.
- Managing discovery, including subpoenas and authorizations to obtain records.
- Completing deposition summaries.
- Reviewing medical and employment records.
- At least 2 – 4 years of prior Medical Malpractice litigation experience.
- Excellent academic record.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in PDF software, particularly Nuance Power PDF.
- Ability to add Bates-stamping, combine files, separate files, and edit PDFs.
