Morrison Mahoney LLP seeks an experienced Workers’ Compensation Legal Assistant for its Providence, Rhode Island office.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent typing and strong computer skills.
- Experience with document management systems (iManage), electronic
- calendaring and .pdf software experience.
- Ability to work and prioritize tasks independently and logically with little direction.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have 5 years of experience related to workers’ compensation and be familiar with the electronic filing system used by the RI Court system.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience with iManage document system (preferred).
Our office offers flexibility to perform some work remotely. We are seeking a high energy self-starter who is very well-organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
Salary Range: $65K - $75K (salary commensurate with experience).
