• Responsibilities :
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
• Requirements :
