Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in English or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience teaching high school English grades 9 and 11th grade (preferably 2 years).
- Demonstrates superior content knowledge.
- Exhibits strong classroom management and technology integration skills.
- Differentiates instruction based on feedback, needs, and learning levels.
- Designs effective summative and formative assessments to measure student progress.
- Facilitates and designs effective group work, promoting collaboration among students.
- Exhibits knowledge of student cognitive development and various learning styles.
- Communicates effectively with students and families about classroom activities and student progress.
