On behalf our client, we are hiring an experienced Property Manager for a Class A, luxury, active adult community (~250-units) on Lake Norman, north of Charlotte, NC.
Our client is an actively growing, diversified, real estate development, investment and property management firm. The Property Manager will be responsible for leading all on-site staff members to provide exceptional service to residents.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing engaging activities for residents to foster a welcoming community atmosphere
- Overseeing on-site maintenance staff and projects to ensure the property remains in excellent condition
- Analyzing monthly financial reports and preparing the annual budget
- Promoting and leasing available units to maintain full occupancy
