Morrow County Health District has an opening for a full-time Receptionist / Front Desk at Irrigon Medical Clinic in Irrigon, Oregon to greet patients, schedule appointments, and activate and update patient electronic health records.
Located next to the stunning Columbia River in Eastern Oregon and just off the I-84 Corridor, Irrigon is a family oriented community and has an array of activities for the outdoor enthusiast.
Job Duties :
- Welcomes patients and visitors in person and on the telephone, answers inquiries in a polite and friendly manner.
- Check patient’s contact information and updates as needed, verifies insurance eligibility at each visit.
- Collects co-pay at time of visit.
- Schedule patient appointments as needed.
- Confirms next day appointments.
- Upload documents and other records as needed into patients’ EHR.
- Assists patients as necessary.
