We are seeking applicants for a Senior Accountant to join our global Finance team, reporting to the Assistant Controller. The position is mostly remote with one day a week in the Stamford, CT office.

Position Details :

• Perform monthly journal entries and account reconciliations including, but not limited to leases, fixed assets, goodwill, intangibles, accrued expenses and stock compensation
• Prepare and facilitate the calculation of revenue in accordance with ASC 606
• Assess current practices and procedures, and assist in the implementation of process and system improvements
• Assist with implementing internal controls and best practices from a control perspective
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness, including fluctuation analyses
• Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
• Work with external auditors and internal team to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting monthly and annually.

Requirements :

Compensation : Salary range $95k - $120k, commensurate with experience and skill; plus a performance-based bonus of 10% - 15%
