What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Defect Attorney position at Morrow & White (Ret.)?
Morrow & White (Ret.), a well-known, highly successful Insurance Defense Firm seeks a litigation attorney to join its Construction Defect practice.
Minimum requirements to be considered for the position:
· Active member in good standing with the California State Bar;
· Minimum 3-5 years strong litigation experience in Construction Defect and insurance defense;
· Strong experience with motion practice, discovery dispute, conducting depositions, making court appearances, mediation and trial preparation;
· Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills, comfortable presenting cases in front of mediators/arbitrators, judges and juries;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously; and
· Able to travel within California
