SUMMARY Manages food service for assigned floors by preparing the pantries, plating the food, and cleaning up after meal service. Completes all scheduled laundry service as scheduled. Maintains the cleanliness of assigned pantries, dining rooms, and laundry rooms. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS Maintains the cleanliness of the assigned pantries which includes but not the pantry floor, counters, cabinets, drawers, steam tables, refrigerator, ice machine, juice machine, coffee maker, Maintains the cleanliness of the assigned dining rooms which includes the dining room floor, dining room tables, dining room chairs, dishes, dining utensils, cups / mugs, serving utensils. Responsible for informing supervisor if items in the pantry or dining room are in need of maintenance in a timely manner. Stocks pantry appropriately, with food that is within good dating and informs supervisor when products are low. Responsible for removing garbage from pantries and laundry rooms into the proper disposal areas. Disinfects equipment and supplies and keeps all areas of the pantry, kitchen, and laundry room in clean and orderly condition. Maintains cleaning equipment in proper working condition and reports on equipment and / or furniture in need of repair. Maintains the cleanliness of the laundry room. Stocks laundry room appropriately and informs supervisor when products are low. Oversees resident common areas and assists with all ADLs as needed. Ability to manage time effectively and re-prioritize assigned tasks as needed within one hour. Attends in-service programs and meetings on time as required.
