At Morson Talent, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior or Principal Process Engineer with a background in Chemical Engineering to lead our team.
This role requires on-site presence in Aiken, SC or Savannah, SC for 2-3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of chemical processes within nuclear facilities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
- Perform detailed process simulations, risk assessments, and safety evaluations.
- Develop process documentation, including flow diagrams, P&IDs, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Oversee implementation and troubleshooting of processes during construction, testing, and operational phases.
