RESPONSIBILITIES:Grant Support:
- Assist in researching, drafting, and managing grant applications and reporting.
- Ensure timely submission of materials and followups.
- Collaborate on the implementation, management, and tracking of annual fundraising campaigns and events, ensuring all elements run smoothly.
- Maintain and update donor records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support cultivation efforts by assisting with donor communications, including thankyou letters, newsletters, and updates.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing donor meetings, events, and stewardship activities.
- Provide logistical support for fundraising events, including event planning, coordination, and followup activities.
- Represent MORTAR at community events, meetings, and gatherings to build awareness and strengthen relationships.

- Two or more years of experience in communications, nonprofit management, fundraising, or marketing.
- Strong writing skills, particularly in grant writing and donor communications.
- Experience in event coordination and donor relationship management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite and CRM (preferred but not required)
- Quickbooks Literate
