Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough periodontal evaluations, scaling, and root planning for all patients.
- Collaborate with dentists to gather information from x-rays, verbal communication, and other dental tests to assist in diagnosing treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical notes according to practice guidelines before dismissing patients.
Requirements
- Dental Hygiene Certificate/Degree from an accredited program.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Certification in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide.
- Laser Debridement Certification.
- General Supervision Privileges.
- CPR Certification.
- Hepatitis B Vaccination.
