Key Result Areas (Essential Functions)
A. Establish and adjust work sequences to meet schedule, utilizing knowledge of equipment capacities and assigned personnel.
B. Form concrete slabs on grade.
C. Install edge forms.
D. Set screeds to ensure a level surface.
E. Grind and patch required areas in concrete.
F. Set up laser and screeds for pre-concrete pours.
G. Direct operations during concrete pours.
H. Analyze and resolve work problems.
I. Ensure crew timecards are filled out and submitted.
J. Effectively collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
K. Lead team members by example, providing effective coaching and feedback, and manage performance effectively.
L. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operation and maintenance instructions, blueprints, and schematic drawings, as well as procedure manuals.
B. Ability to utilize appropriate tools, including trowels, brushes, bull floats, screeds, skid saws, transits, chipping guns, and grinders.
