Concrete Surface Finisher

**About the Job:**

The Cement Finishing Specialist will be responsible for smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks, or curbs to specified textures.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Utilize hand or power tools, floats, trowels, screeds to achieve desired surface finishes.
2. Work collaboratively as part of a team, adhering to work rules and procedures.
3. Maintain a positive attitude and behavior while ensuring high-quality work products.

Essential Skills:

• Strong technical skills in cement finishing techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
