**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and physically able individual to join our team as a Construction Laborer. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of construction projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform manual labor tasks, including loading and unloading materials, and preparing the terrain.
- Assist in the installation of erosion control measures, such as wattle, silt fence, and erosion control blankets.
- Load and unload equipment, and assist with its maintenance.
- Remove debris and perform site clean-up at the end of each day.
**Requirements:**
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically able to walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in inclement weather conditions.
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required.
