- Coach and mentor other team members in scheduling methods to improve overall team performance
- Collaborate with business development on proposals and lead successful project pursuit strategies to drive business growth
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 12 years of construction experience or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Advanced knowledge of scheduling concepts and principles
- Strong plan and specification reading, review, and interpretation skills
- Knowledge of project management, buyout, and contracts
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
