We are seeking a dynamic thought leader in the real estate industry to support the strategic vision, long-term growth, and continuous development of client relationships in the Upper Midwest. This leader will be responsible for executing new development across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota with a focus on asset classes that include industrial, medical, residential, and emerging markets.
We provide comprehensive turnkey solutions, including strategic planning, site acquisition, tenant procurement, financial feasibility, debt, and equity sourcing, government entitlement processes, and design and construction oversight. This helps our customers and investment partners navigate the complexity of the commercial real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a market strategy for the business
- Network with landowners, customers, architects, brokers, financial institutions, and other leaders in the market
- Provide company management with information regarding current market conditions
- Develop and maintain debt and equity capital relationships
- Identify and source opportunities to grow the portfolio
- Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and provide industry-based strategic guidance into real estate development opportunities
- Oversight and coordination of entitlement process and underwriting and due diligence of assigned transactions
- Execution of development processes for all acquired land, entitlement and permitting processes, financing, construction oversight, and developing strategic business plans to maximize cash flow and value
