Job Summary
We seek a strategic investment professional with demonstrated expertise in private equity, direct investing, and/or corporate development. As an Associate, you will collaborate with senior professionals to evaluate investment opportunities, develop financial models, and support due diligence processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate investment opportunities and participate in financial modeling and scenario analyses
- Collaborate with senior professionals to outline transaction structures and create business cases
- Support due diligence processes and evaluate critical components of potential investments
Requirements
- 2 years working in investment banking, private equity, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience developing/evaluating financial models, analyzing financial statements, and working in a transaction-oriented environment
- Strong accounting and finance skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication skills
